We had a great time visiting with Nanna and Poppy this past week. Lily made strange with them when they first arrived, but by the afternoon of the following day she was allowing both of them to hold her. Poppy taught her a new game called "Round, round Lily baby" that she laughed at each time he played with her. Lily especially liked the necklaces that Nanna and Poppy wear and spent a lot of time grabbing and pulling on them.The weather was lovely the last few days Nanna and Poppy were here so we got to spend quite a bit of time outside going for walks, playing and creating steps off our deck as well as staining our front porch. We are Extremely grateful for all the help!
Nanna got to feed Lily most of her meals while she was here and see Lily eat grapes, melon and spaghetti noodles for the first time!We had a little birthday celebration for Nanna on her birthday and for once she did not have to share the celebration day with Gizmo!
It was so wonderful to see you both and we are grateful you made the trip down to see us! We look forward to seeing you guys again soon.
